Please read through the terms and conditions thoroughly before signing up. By enrolling as a client of Auria Pilates, you agree to the terms and conditions as below.

Auria Pilates is a group fitness pilates studio, we are not a clinical studio.

STUDIO POLICIES
→ A maximum of 6 clients can attend a group class.
→ Mobile phones are not to be used during class.
→ Please keep your phone switched off or on silent in your bag.
→ Please let your instructor know prior to the class commencing if you have any injuries, concerns, or are pregnant.
→ Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to class if you are a new client, or 5 minutes before class starts if you are a regular. Please allow plenty of time for parking and traffic.
→ Sanitize your hands before & after class.
→ No late comers will be accepted - Out of consideration for the instructor, other clients and health and safety, if you arrive late to your class, the instructor reserves the right to refuse you participating & you will lose your class pass. 
→ You must be at least 16 years of age to attend group classes.
→ Please clean your bed & equipment after use.
→ Children are not permitted in the studio at anytime.

PREGNANT CLIENTS
→ From 12 weeks onwards you can attend classes that are labelled “prenatal friendly” only, please note you cannot attend classes that are not prenatal friendly.
→ If you are new to reformer pilates, we highly recommend starting with a private session in order to learn the modifications required for pregnancy.
→ All pregnant clients must provide written clearance from your doctor, women’s health physiotherapist or OB GYN to participate in reformer pilates classes please email this to hello@auriapilates.co
→ You cannot start pregnancy pilates at Auria Pilates  if you have past 18 weeks already.

CANCELLATION POLICY
→ Cancellations or rescheduling group classes must be done through Momence at least 6 hours prior to the class start time to avoid losing your session. No exceptions.
→ There is a strict 24 hour cancellation policy for private sessions. If you fail to cancel within this time, you will lose your session and the full amount will be deducted from your account or pack.
→ Class bookings are at your own responsibility via Momence, if you book the wrong class, your pass cannot be reused. Please ensure you have reminders and alerts set via Momence.
→ Auria Pilates  may cancel a class at any time and for any reason. You will be credited for any classes in this circumstance and given as much notice as possible.
→ Group classes require a minimum of 2 clients to run. If you are the only person booked in up to 2 hours before the class starts, unfortunately the class will be cancelled. Auria Pilates  will contact you via phone or email. You will not be charged and your class pass will appear back on your account.

LATE CANCELLATIONS
→ If you reserve a space in a class and you cancel less than 6 hours you forfeit your pass.

NO-SHOW POLICY
→ If you reserve a space in a class and do not show up without cancelling through Momence, you will lose your class pass and incur a $10 fee. No exceptions.

MODIFICATIONS TO CLASSES AND EVENTS
→ The challenge is subject to change at any time. If not enough participants sign up, the challenge may be modified or changed.
→ For any further questions, send us a message, and we will get back to you as soon as possible!

PURCHASES
→ All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable between individuals. No refunds will be provided.
→ No extensions are permitted to the specified expiry period.
→ Our introductory offers are valid for one time only to new clients. No extensions. Cannot be used for challenges or private classes.
→ All memberships will be deducted weekly as per the auto payment schedule outlined on your contract agreement. If your membership payment fails more then two times, your membership will be suspended and all future bookings will be cancelled.
→ Payment must be made prior to booking. You must either have pre-purchased sessions on your account or pay at the time of booking via the Momence app or our website.
→ Monthly passes are for 30 days only from the first class used on the pack. No extensions.
→ Yearly passes are for 365 days only from the first class used on the pack. No extensions.

AUTO PAY AGREEMENT TERMS:
→ 4 weeks paid notice in writing via your Momence app or via email, if you would like to cancel your membership
→ A weekly pre payment will be taken upon signing up to a weekly membership.
→ Auto pay is to be set up with weekly payments, if the payment defaults the membership will be put on hold and all bookings will be cancelled until payment is made.
→ Classes can be booked 30 days in advance.
→ If a booking is made, cancellations are to be made 6 hours before the class. If a late cancellation occurs your class will be deducted from your package and a $10 fee will be charged.
→ If you do not show up to a class, you will forfeit your class and a $10 fee will be charged.
→ Classes cannot be swapped on the day of booked class, unless before the 6 hour cancellation policy.
→ This contract is for the contract holder only, it cannot be shared or transferred. Should someone attend a class and not be the contract they will be turned away.
→ The contract will automatically renew each week, payment is taken on the same day every 7 days.
→ Weekly membership passes are only valid for 7 days and are non transferrable if not used within that week.
→ All bookings and cancellations are to be done via your Momence app, no phone calls or emails will be accepted.
→ Memberships can be put on hold, a minimum of 4 weeks notice is required.

BOOKINGS
→ Class bookings are essential and must be made through the Momence app or our website.
→ Class bookings are at your own responsibility via Momence, if you book the wrong class, your pass cannot be reused. Please ensure you have reminders and alerts set via Momence.
→ You can cancel or change your class up to 6 hours before the class starts free of charge.
→ Bookings can be made 30 days in advance.
→ If a class is full, you can add yourself to the waitlist. By adding yourself on to the waitlist you are committing to attend that class if a spot becomes available. A text and email will send you to notify you that you have been put in the class, up to 2 hours before the class starts.
→ Sessions cannot be used by anyone other than the person booked into the class. If someone other than the person booked in arrives to use the session, they will be turned away or asked to purchase their own session.
→ Introductory offers will activate from the date when first used.
→ Class packs will activate from the date of purchase.
→ Auria Pilates may change or substitute any instructor at any time without providing notice to clients.

WAITLIST
→ If a class is full, you can add yourself to the waitlist. If there are any cancellations, you will be notified up to two hours before the class commences.
→ When adding yourself to the waitlist you are committing to attend that class should a space become available. Please remove yourself from the waitlist if you no longer wish to attend to avoid late cancellation or no show fees.
→ Please do not book yourself in for a class & put yourself on the waitlist for a class on the same day, you will be charged twice if you are added from the waitlist as you are technically taking up two spots.
→ Class bookings are at your own responsibility via Momence, if you book the wrong class, your pass cannot be reused. Please ensure you have reminders and alerts set via Momence.

PERSONAL AGREEMENT
I agree that Auria Pilates will not be held responsible for any lost or stolen personal belongings. I understand classes may be physically strenuous and that full care must be taken when receiving instructions and performing exercises. I accept that there is potential risk of personal injury, property loss or death, and I agree that neither I, my heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against Auria Pilates or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused my negligence or otherwise. I understand that Auria Pilates is a group pilates studio, not a clinical studio.
